At American Medical Sales & Repairs Inc., we want to make all our customers happy with our quality products. If your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, well be happy to replace the item within 30 days of the purchase date. Just follow the steps below.
1. Call Us at 888-681-6085 or 303-799-0013 with your invoice
number, and the item that is damaged.
2. Provide description of specific damage to the item.
3. Within the next business day, we will call you a Ra # (Return
Authorization.)
4. We will process your replacement item and ship it on
same day, or when the item becomes available in stock.
(Outbound shipping charges will apply)
5. All exchanges not due to American Medical's error, are
subject to a 25% restocking fee, and a 5% Shipping and
processing fee.
6. Any open/used item can not be refunded.

Return Policy
Our Goal at American Medical Sales & Repairs Inc. is for our customers to be completely satisfied. We have a full 3 business day return policy from the time you receive the product if you are dissatisfied with your product we will accept the return of any product within 3 business days. You must call within the 3 business day period and get a return authorization from our company. Items returned within 3 business days are subject to a 5%shipping and processing fee.
Between the 3rd and 30th Business day American Medical Sales & Repairs will take the returns, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, a 5% shipping and processing fee. Purchases made with the rental towards purchase start date of the purchase is the original date of the rental.
All Merchandise returned without an RA # ( Return Authorization) Number including refusal of delivery, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and a 5% shipping and processing fee.
Customers are responsible for all shipping to and from / back and forth. Any oxygen concentrator with blown PC boards due to wrong voltage either power inverter from 12 volt to 110 volt or from 220 volt to 110 volt customers are responsible for the parts and labor costs on top of all shipping charges.
Return eligibility: Products must be returned in a condition allowing resale. Partial cases or shipping units with items missing will not be accepted. Special orders, Consigned oxygen concentrators, and new oxygen concentrators with operation time cannot be accepted for returns or credit refunds. Shipping charges for returns will be the responsibility of the customer with the exception of mishandled shipments and defective products.
No refunds after 30 days. No exceptions.
Rentals of our travel oxygen concentrators.
1. You the customer is responsible for having back-up oxygen. At all times.
2. Our rentals charges are by the week.
3. Customer is responsible for shipping the concentrator back.
4. Incase of any refunds Customer is responsible for shipping and handling fee's both ways.
5. If you have a problem with your concentrator call 888-681-6085 or 303-799-0013. We will do our best to help but if we can not help you the customer is responsible for you own back up oxygen.
6. AMSR will get a rental to our customers a day or two early. We strongly advise to check out the unit and test it, get use to it before leaving on a trip.
If you have a product that needs to be returned, please follow these steps.
1. Call us at 303-799-0013or email us at gordon@portableoxygenconcentrators.com include you invoice # and item that you would like to return.
2. Give a brief reason for the return.
3. Within the next business day, we will assign a RA# (Return Authorization). You will be notified by phone. You must have a RA# to receive credit for all returns.
4. You will also receive simple instructions for your. Your package must be in its original box and you must write the RA# on the outside of the box.
5. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your return and credit your account. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for credit to be issued.
No refunds after 30 days. (No Exceptions)
